Experian QAS Teams Up With Sugarcrm To Enhance Sales And Marketing Success
Address verification designed to improve prospect management, expand marketing analysis and reduce operational costs
Boston, Mass., June 15, 2010 — Experian® QAS®, a leading provider of address verification software and services, and SugarCRM, the world’s leading provider of open source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, today announced the integration of Experian QAS address verification into the SugarCRM application.
QAS for SugarCRM verifies and standardizes prospect and customer addresses in real time. This accurate data allows for more effective communications, improved demographic profiling capabilities, and timely sales and marketing follow-up. Users also will recognize a significant reduction in returned mail and any associated operational costs.
“A physical mailing address can affect overall sales and marketing success, not just direct-mail deliveries,” said David Northridge, vice president of client retention, Experian QAS. “We are excited to work with SugarCRM and look forward to helping their clients achieve the benefits that accurate address data can bring.”
The new functionality maintains the existing SugarCRM address capture workflow. As new or updated addresses are submitted, the Experian QAS verification engine is invoked. This process either intuitively corrects the address or prompts the SugarCRM user for clarification.
“The integration of Experian QAS will save SugarCRM users time and money, in addition to increasing the return on their marketing and sales initiatives,” said Clint Oram, vice president of products and co-founder of SugarCRM. “Not only will Experian QAS help SugarCRM users eliminate costly shipping and mailing errors, but they also can become more strategic in routing leads as well as more exact in servicing prospects and customers while in the field.”
Experian QAS and SugarCRM are co-hosting a Webinar on Tuesday, June 29. Attendees will learn how to safeguard their CRM database from inaccurate and incomplete addresses. For more information and to register, visit http://www.qas.com/register/webinars/1006/5-tips/contact-form.htm?tid=2197.
