Costa Mesa, Calif., June 19, 2013 — Experian Data Breach Resolution and freecreditscore.comTM, part of Experian Consumer Services, were presented with two Stevie® Awards for New Product or Service Introduction of the Year and Customer Service Team of the Year categories at the 11th Annual American Business Awards on Monday evening. More than 3,200 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted to this year’s competition. Stevie Award winners were selected by more than 320 executives nationwide who participated in the judging process this year.

This year, Experian Consumer Services was nominated for four American Business Awards:

• Experian Data Breach Resolution won the Gold Stevie Award for Customer Service Team of the Year
• Experian Data Breach Resolution Fraud Resolution won the Silver Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year
• Experian Data Breach Resolution Marketing Campaign won the Bronze Stevie Award for Marketing Campaign of the Year
The American Business Awards are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the United States are eligible to submit nominations — public and private, for-profit and nonprofit, large and small.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the trophies were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Monday, June 17, at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel. More than 500 nominees and their guests attended. The presentations will be broadcast by the Business TalkRadio Network on Wednesday and Thursday nights.
